CourtStream 5.2.4 (Patch 8) Release Notes

 Case Manager:

• Update - Medical:  Subscriber and Employer fields now have default values to clarify their use.
• Update - Offenses -> Petition:  The action buttons have been rearranged and the icon for adding an offense to a petition has been changed for easier recognition.

Detention:

• Update - Administration:  Changed "Record of Discipline:" to "Record Of Discipline:".
• Update - Daily Log:  Added View and Delete "Facility Logs" (non-client daily log entries).
• Update - Daily Log:  Client name now links to Client summary page.
• Update - Main:  Search now works with dashes in the search critera.
• Update - Main:  Clicking on a Client in the Recent Requests for Detention table navigates user to the Client Summary tab.
• Update - Medical Tab -> Insurance:  When the insurance company name is left blank, the warning message is now less draconian.
• Update - Record of Discipline:  Removed "Processed" and "On Going Problem" fields.
• Update - Summary Tab:  Added "Print General Profile Report" - Added "View Client's Calendar" This request was made by Allegan County.
• Fix - Daily Log:  When changing the items to view in the Daily Log you must now select at least one item.
• Fix - General Profile:  When uploading a Mugshot the file upload input now validates the name of the image file to be uploaded.
• Fix - Logs:  Visitations are now showing up in both Activity and Daily Logs.
• Fix - Main -> Search Results:  When updating a clients contact information (county), the Detention Search results are now properly reflecting the updated county name.
• Fix - Medical Tab -> Insurance:  Employer Name is now showing up correctly on the View and Edit screens.
• Fix - Notice of Discipline:  Printed report now contains full narrative.

Homepage:

• Fix - Widget -> News Headlines:  Fixed a spelling issue in the title.
• Fix - Widget -> Pending Detention Placement:  Number of records are now displaying properly.
• Fix - Widget -> Pending Detention Placements:  Preferences now save when you change them.
