 Detention:

  • Updated: Log Items can now be edited by administrator and detention supervisor roles even if they are not the owner of the log item. 
  • Updated: The clients in detention widget now allows you to select the Supervisory Level as a display column

 Case Manager & Detention:

  • Updated: Case Work Team will no longer allow you to add Other Contacts that are blank. Changed verbiage in the title of Other Contacts.

 Minor Fixes:

  • Updated: Fixed some behind the scenes issues that includes better handling of large numbers when storing data.

Homepage:

  • Updated: Clients In Detention homepage widget. You can now select which fields you want displayed. To do this, simply click the "Edit Settings" option on the widget and click the Column List. You can select as few or as many columns/fields that you want. Everyone has different screen sizes and different homepage layouts. Some layouts and size will accommodate more fields, some will not. If you accidentally add too many fields, and cannot see the "Edit Settings" icon anymore, just double-click the "Clients in Detention" title bar to get back to your widget settings.

 Case Manager & Detention:

  • New: Client Summary Tab has a new option called "tags". Tags are a really clean and easy way to "flag" or "categorize" a client. Tags can be used to indicate that a client is a suicide risk, they have a peanut allergy or anything else your organization can think of. There are a lot of web applications these days utilizing the tag feature. You may have seen them being used on other websites. Case Manager:

  • New: Client Casework Team Tab has a new option for "Other Clients". Before you could only associate other users of the system to the Casework Team. Now you can add a non-user Contact to the Casework Team. For example, you may want to note that "Jane Smith" is the caseworker for "Kent County". This feature allows you to add an email, phone number and job title for the contact.
