General

  • Fixed: Internet Explorer version 6.x no longer crashes when loading a popup containing a text area.
    • bug found by: Monroe County
    • NOTE: For best results, BizStream recommends upgrading to the latest version of Internet Explorer (As of this release, Internet Explorer 7 is the recomended version)
  • Fixed: BizTip about "New Report Option: Auto Run on View" has been revised for clarity

Case Manager

  • Contact Tab
    • Fixed: Relationship Notes are now being saved properly
      • bug found by: Monroe County
  • Case Plan Tab
    • Fixed: When adding a goal, the Goal Date is now displayed properly in the list view
      • bug found by: Monroe County

Facility

  • Daily Log
    • Fixed: Item detail views are now functional upon clicking the row
      • bug found by: Cheever Treatment Center
  • Meal Count
    • Fixed: Edit and Delete a Meal Count tooltips have been revised for clarity.
      • bug found by: Ottawa County

Case Manager:

  • Fixed: When creating a new client from an existing client via an external (to CourtStream) client database, the client would not be created and the user would be redirected to the last client they had opened.
  • Updated: Non-administrator users were having problems viewing their Case Notes. Permissions were reset.

Case Manager
  • Major Feature: Added Client tab.
  • Feature: Added user preference for To Do list display on search tab.
  • Format Change: Changed zero result message for search.
  • Format Change: Contact -> Education -> changed school list to an "AutoComplete" field.
  • Fix: Fixed ability to enter duplicate case numbers.
Detention
  • Major Feature: Reformatted General Profile Report.
  • Major Feature: Medication schedule usability updates.
  • Minor Feature: Upon placing a client in Detention the user will be prompted to fill in the Client's General Profile, if not complete.
  • Feature: Added "place in detention" button to summary tab.
  • Format Change: Changed zero result message for search.
  • Bug Fix: Deleting a Request for Detention now shows up in Audit Log, and is removed from Activity Log
Facility
  • Major Feature: Meal Count.
  • Major Feature: Facility Medications.
  • Feature: Requests for detention can be started directly from Daily Log.
General
  • Major Feature: Improved pdf formatting across entire application.
  • Major Feature: Added Client tab.
  • Major Feature: Reformatted Health History Form.
  • Fix: Scrolling Marquee is no longer displayed when menu is set to on top.
  • Fix: Special characters on filenames are no longer accepted.
Integration
  • Fix: Integration now handles all addresses properly.
  • Fix: AS400 search results are accurately displayed.
Service Provider
  • Fix: New reoccurring classes now save properly.
Calendar
  • Update: Event time validation updated
