The following is a full list of changes for CourtStream version 5.3.0 (Patch 4). If you have any feedback regarding this release please email us at support@bizstream.com or just make a comment at the bottom of this blog post. Any and all feedback, suggestions, bug/error reports are welcome.

BizStream Application

Memo Fields

  • Fixed: Many memo fields (input boxes that accept multiple lines of text) were experiencing a lot of lag between the user typing and the characters actually getting to the screen. This has been sped up.

Daily Log

Detention Incident

  • Fixed: When entering a Detention Incident from the Daily Log, the screen was only allowing 500 characters in the Notes field when it should have allowed 6,500. The field now allows 6,500 for a Detention Incident and 8,000 for daily log entries.

Case Manager

Release from Detention

  • Fixed: When releasing a client from Detention from the Detention tab in Case Manager, the confirmation box that pops up had no text.

Service Provider

Attendance Log (and Final Evaluation)

  • Updated: Users were getting redirected incorrectly when they completed an attendance log. This has been resolved.
    • Bug Reported by: Catholic Charities West Michigan.

Case Manager

Search

  • Updated: Case Manager's Smart Match feature has been fixed. This feature would automatically take you to a client's page if it found a "smart match" in the search results. This was added to save you an extra click. However, we had a bug that automatically went to a client, even if it was not the "strongest" match. This issue has been resolved.
    • This bug was found by Ottawa County
