Check one little annoyance off the list

A few days ago the BizStream team was able to squash one of the more annoying issues that our Juvenile detention facility management software has had in it for awhile now. It was nothing that affected performance, security, or stability of our user’s data; it was just one of those small browser quirks that sometimes slip by our quality assurance testing.

All users of the software should no longer see any warning messages or pop ups that look like the following screen shot:

 

The “Do you want to view only the webpage content that was delivered securely?” security warning was a little misleading in terms of what was actually going on behind the scenes. And the fact that it showed up over and over again was something that probably bothered us BizStream developers more than the users who saw it.

After a few extra cups of coffee and a few long nights, I’m glad to say that security warning message should no longer show up anywhere on the application.

If anyone out there does run into it please let us know, but to the best of our knowledge it should no longer occur.
