The newer versions of Windows XP contain many security patches to provide you with protection while you are on the internet. However, some of the security features in Internet Explorer can make it difficult for you to work with BizStream's portal. Follow the steps below to change the security settings.
Setting "Local Intranet":
How to Add "<your site name>.bizstream.com" to your 'Local intranet' Security Zone:
- From Internet Explorer's Menu Bar:
Click on 'Tools' and select 'Internet Options...'
- Click on the 'Security' Tab
- Click on the 'Local intranet' image.
- Click the 'Sites...' button.
- Click the 'Advanced...' button.
- Enter in the Address of the portal "<your site name>.bizstream.com"
and then click the 'Add' button.
- Click the 'OK' button on the 2 open windows.
- Click the 'Default Level' button if it is not already selected.
- Now slide the Security Level to 'Low'.
- Click the 'OK' button one last time.
If you have a Pop-up window blocker turned on, it must also be turned off for this site.

You MUST add <your site name>.bizstream.com to your 'Local intranet' Security Zone." Just turning off a pop-up blocker WILL NOT fix the issue.
Your portal will now function correctly.
