When I do a name search on a new case that is already in the AS400 I and then indicate I need to open new it requires at least the first initial and last name and the birth date.  When I do this it lists often several names with the one I'm looking for generally being the last one listed.  Is it possible to have the one that best fits the criteria to come up first?  I know Patty in Holland has voiced the same frustration.

I can see how that would be annoying. The way the search results work now is this:

Search CourtStream and display matching records, then search AS400 and display those records. This would explain why the record you need is most often at the bottom of the list.

A quick fix for that would be to just switch that around and search and display AS400 first. This change can be implemented with the next roll out scheduled for mid-December. The better fix for that would be to combine the results for both searches, sort it all, and display it all together. That change can be implemented in the following release.

Let me know if this sounds acceptable.
