Detention:
- Update - Personal Possession: Signature fields are now only displayed on the printed form.
- Update - Request For Detention: When completed the user is directed to the Detention application and not Case Manager.
- Fix - Contact: Get directions button is now working properly.
- Fix - Record Of Discipline: Consequence is being correctly displayed in audit log.
- Fix: Added Confirmation to release from detention when using quick actions.
- Fix: New Clients cannot have an empty client number.
