Yeah, that's a great idea.

We think the best thing to do is to make it a user preference, then people who like that feature can turn it on, and those who do not, can turn it off.

We developed a quick prototype/demo of what you are talking about in http://ocbeta.bizstream.com. Please go out to a case (one with a large activity log) and scroll down. The "Case Header" should float along with you at the top of the screen as you scroll. This has been developed for demonstration purposes only so there is no way to "turn it off". We just want to make sure we are on the same page.
