    We did a rollout last night and pushed all the changes that have been in beta to live. We're currently working on the issues that we've seen coming through. Sorry for the inconvenience and we'll post more information as soon as it's available.

    When attempting to discharge a juvenile, I received an error message. I clicked on discharged on the case status drop down menu, under Summary. The following error message is coming up: Microsoft VBScript runtime error 800a0114, Variable is undefined: CSA_ObjectSummaryFormFooter, /common/5/case_management_history...

    We resolved the issue with the message widget having no message text. There were duplicate messages being created when attendance was being logged. Thank you for reporting this issue and please let us know if this issue crops up again.

  • New Message Widget

    On my "New Messages" widget on my "Home" page I have a new message noticfiaction for blank messages. When I click on those messages they go to a blank screen and do not get removed from my widget. Below is a screen shot of my "New Messages" widget.
